It’s been a strange, strange week. I have Janis Joplin voice from a lingering cold. To California and back in 48 hours has left my brain and body in disjointed, non contiguous pieces scattered across the Mountain time zone. I’m leaving tomorrow for a week away from computers, phones, television, Twitter, tweeter, Facebook, MySpace, FourSquare, YouTube, Klout, KaBlam, Pounce, Gmail, Chatter, Chitter, and a bunch of other social networks that are as real or as fake as those I just listed.
There will be word-game playing, zip-lining, reading, snoozing, sunblocking, volcano-hiking, Spanish-attempting, tourist crap-buying, and much family time. See you on the other side:
